Accurate dispensing allows the user to precisely know how much they are consuming. To ensure accurate delivery of the product to the lungs, shake 3-5 seconds prior to each puff. Immediately after shaking, exhale and place lips around the mouthpiece. Begin inhaling first, then press down on the cannister to release product while continuing to inhale.
